Carl “Eric” Sheppard is the founder and primary product developer at Antarian Logic. He has been a software engineer for over 33 years. His first job after college was at NASA’s JSC, where he maintained mission control display software for the Space Shuttle flight controllers. He also helped build a Java application that actually ran on the ISS astronaut’s laptops while they were in space!

Fast forward about 15 years, Eric shifted his focus to Apple platforms, starting with the Mac and soon the iPhone with the opening of Apple’s App Store. At SmallSociety, he helped create and maintain some of the most popular apps in the early days of the App Store, including those for Starbucks, Whole Foods, and Live Nation. Later, he went on to develop apps for Walmart, Tile, and Nike.

In his free time, Eric dabbles with guitar and piano. A few years ago, he built a bike out of bamboo!
